Choosing the Right Molded Pulp Packaging

If your product will face humidity, refrigeration, or occasional spills, choose treated pulp with a wax or PLA coating. If it only needs short-term protection during shipping, untreated pulp may work well. It also stays fully recyclable and biodegradable.

Always ask your supplier which treatment they use. Some coatings can limit composting options, so it's worth confirming before you order.
